I tried to capture the way the woods were glowing after an ice storm coated everything.  Turns out that’s pretty difficult, but this shot is kind of cool.

It’s not exactly Yosemite valley but the middle one does look a little like Half Dome.  (Or maybe I’m just high and it a stupid snow pile.)

It’s been a very mild winter: pretty warm, hardly any snow, etc.  Even so, I need to keep the mailbox clear in case someone wants to send me money or something.

Running out of room

It was colder than hell a few days ago and the wind was stirring up a lot of ice crystals. That brought out the best sun dogs I’ve ever seen.  I wish I’d had my good camera with, but even my phone got a great capture.
